About Us

Buddi is an innovative, high-growth, British technology company, which was founded in 2005 by entrepreneur Sara Murray OBE.

Though we began by developing a solution to locate vulnerable individuals, today our focus is on providing peace of mind by enabling people to live independently in their own homes for longer. Buddi now provides technologies to support individuals across more than 80% of UK local authorities, as well as to Government customers around the world.

Many of the Buddi team have personal experiences of family and friends who want to maintain their independence and to continue to live fulfilled lives in their retirement. We are all aware of the risks of falling and understand how important it is to know that someone will be there when you need them. Nobody should have to experience feeling alone.

At Buddi we believe that technology can help people to live happier, healthier and more connected lives. As people's needs change, we use developments in technology to create new and improved products and services to meet those needs.
